MacKenzie Haley joined Carolina Athletics in March 2023 and serves as a human resources specialist.
Prior to joining UNC, Haley spent time working in Human Resources for a military defense contractor in Raleigh, N.C.
Haley was a student-athlete at and graduated from Nazareth College in Rochester, N.Y., with a degree in business administration and a minor in sports management.
Haley is originally from Upstate New York. In her free time, you can find her playing lacrosse, running and walking her two dogs with her husband, Michael.
