JUNIOR SEASON (2012-13): Once again performed at a high level in third season at Carolina with a 25-11 overall singles record, including 13-5 in dual match play • She also went 4-2 in the ACC winning at fourth, fifth and sixth singles positions during the season • Ranked as high as No. 79 in mid-February • Took down No. 20 Aeriel Ellis of Texas, 6-7 (2), 6-4, 10-8, at the Duke Fab Four • Won both her NCAA First and Second Round matches in straight sets over South Carolina State and Tennessee at the sixth singles position • Teamed with Gina Suarez-Malaguti to record an 11-2 doubles record, including 8-2 in dual matches and 3-1 in the ACC • The duo won all four of its doubles matches in the NCAA Tournament • Also played doubles with Lauren McHale and put together a 13-6 doubles record • They were ranked No. 51 in early January thanks to a 6-1 record in the fall.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011-12) Tough-minded grinder who proved to be one of Carolina's most consistent performers as a sophomore • Finished with an overall singles record of 28-11, including a team-best 21-5 mark in dual match play • Finished 9-2 in ACC play, also a team-high for conference wins • Teamed with Haley Hemm to form a potent doubles combination that finished 20-6 overall and 18-5 in duals • Was 26-9 overall in doubles and ranked as high as No. 41 in the country win Hemm • After losing their first match of the fall as a pair, Lyons and Hemm rattled off 12 consecutive wins and took 19 of their next 21 matches • After finishing the fall just 7-6 in singles, opened the spring with 11 wins in her first 13 matches, including eight straight-set victories • Lost just three matches to ACC opponents on the year at the fifth and sixth singles positions • Rose to another level in NCAA Championship play, winning all three matches in the postseason in straight sets and dropped just six total games • Won both of her completed matches at ITA National Indoors, defeating USC's Ali Ramos and Baylor's Nicole Kosakowski • Participates in the Baddour Carolina Leadership Academy as part of the GAP Year program.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2010-11) Exciting newcomer who earned a spot in the singles lineup and showed a penchant for pulling out three-set victories • Finished with a 23-11 record in singles play, including a team-best 15-3 mark in dual play • Also compiled a 21-14 doubles record, playing primarily with Jelena Durisic • Won her first two dual matches in straight sets over opponents from Winthrop and Elon • After a loss against DePaul, put together a nine-match winning streak that spanned over five weeks • Seven of the nine victories during the run were against ACC opponents • Won her first three-setter of the spring in the 4-3 victory over Virginia, rallying from 4-1 down in the third to beat Maria Fuccillo, 6-3, 6-7 (7), 7-5 • Marked the beginning of a streak of four straight three-set wins • Scored perhaps her best win of the season against Duke, topping No. 64 Mary Clayton in three sets, 6-4, 0-6, 6-2 • Defeated Georgia Tech's Elizabeth Kilborn in a third-set tiebreak, 6-7 (0), 6-1, 10-6 • Got a key point in the win over No. 11 Clemson, beating Masha Balaya, 7-5, 2-6, 6-3 • Triumphed in four of five postseason matches, including ACC Tournament wins over Georgia Tech and Miami • Tallied the third point of the NCAA round of 16 win over Vanderbilt with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Rachael Dillon • Topped Taylor Ormond in three sets, 6-1, 6-7, 6-4, to get Carolina's final point in the quarterfinal loss to Baylor • Was ranked as high as No. 80 in doubles with Durisic.

PREP/PERSONAL Rated among the top 50 prep players nationally and was considered a five-star recruit by TennisRecruiting.net • Was the No. 1 player in the Middle States section and won six of seven sectional championship finals in her career • Three-time winner of the 16s sectional championship and has won three 18s doubles titles • At the high school level, played at the No. 1 singles position for four seasons and was the 2008 PIAA AAA state singles champion • Followed that with an appearance in the state finals as a senior and lost just one match in her final two high school seasons • Daughter of Mark Lyons and Hilary Tridemas • Born August 18, 1992.
