Career Notes: Played in a total of 137 games, making 88 starts • Posted a career .211 batting average with 12 doubles, two triples, 15 home runs and 61 RBIs.

2016 (Senior): Appeared in 45 games as a senior, making 30 starts • Saw action in right field (25 games) as well as designated player and pinch hitter • Batted .276 with six doubles, seven home runs, 10 walks and 24 RBIs, slugging .551 • An effective pinch hitter, reached base eight times in 16 chances, including a three-run home run at No. 2 Michigan (3/4) that helped UNC tie the score at 6-6 • Hit a leadoff home run, her first of the year, against Illinois (2/21) to jumpstart a five-run fifth inning • Hit the game-winning two-run home run in the seventh inning against Long Beach State, then hit her third home run of the weekend against Cal State Fullerton • Hit a pinch-hit RBI double in the sixth inning at Charlotte • Started all three games against No. 18 Notre Dame, going 4-for-6 with three RBIs, two walks, a double and a home run, slugging 1.333 for the series • Broke up the scoreless tie with an RBI double in the sixth to lead UNC to victory over Boston College in the ACC Tournament • Hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning against Longwood at NCAA Regionals (5/21).

2015 (Junior): Displayed solid power at the plate, belting six home runs • Appeared in 35 games, starting 23 in left field and five in right field • Brought in 21 runs on 14 hits, including a grand slam against Virginia (3/28) • ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2014 (Sophomore): Appeared in 27 games, starting 14 at third base • Batted .116, tallying five hits with three RBIs.

2013 (Freshman): Saw action in 30 games, starting 16 at third base, outfield and as the designated player • Finished her rookie season with a .193 average, recording 11 hits with 13 RBIs, including four vs. Boston College (3/9) • Hit her first home run vs. Boston College (4/9) and added a second vs. NC Central (3/19).

Prep: Named second-team all-state in 2010 and 2012 • Named California All State Second Team in 2012 • Chosen MVP of Hart High School in 2011 and 2012, and named offensive player of the year in 2010 • Played in the East/West All-Star Game and was the home run champion in 2012.

Personal: Majoring in communication studies • Enjoys camping at Lake Tahoe with her family • Her cousin played softball at Long Beach State and inspired her to pursue her softball dreams • Tracy Maureen Chandless is the daughter of Mike and Theresa Chandless • Born April 15 in Valencia, Calif.
