2016 - Sophomore Season
Played in all 13 games and started 12 at middle linebacker • Ranked second on the team with 113 tackles • Added six tackles for loss, one sack and three pass breakups • Ranked seventh in the ACC with 8.7 tackles per game • Had three stops in the Sun Bowl • Recorded a game-high 14 tackles vs. NC State • Posted seven tackles before leaving with an injury vs. The Citadel • Had nine tackles, including one for loss, at Duke • Made a team-high 12 tackles, including one for loss, in a 48-20 win over Georgia Tech • Had four tackles, a sack and a pass breakup in the second half at Virginia • Posted six tackles in the win at Miami, but was flagged for targeting and had to sit out the remainder of the second half and the first half against Virginia • Tallied a career-high 15 tackles against Virginia Tech • Made a 38-yard return of a blocked field goal in the win at No. 12 Florida State • Also added six tackles against the Seminoles • Had 11 tackles and a tackle for loss in the comeback win over Pitt • Made a game-high 14 tackles, including one for loss, and broke up a pass, in a win at Illinois and was named the ACC Linebacker of the Week • Had seven tackles and a four-yard tackle for loss against Georgia.

2015 - Freshman Season
