2013 - Senior Season
Returned from injury to rush one time for six yards in the Senior Day game against Duke • Missed the Pitt and ODU games due to injury • Had three carries for 26 yards against Virginia • Carried five times for 17 yards, including a key first down late in the game, in the win at NC State • Rushed eight times for 25 yards and his first touchdown of the year in the win over Boston College • Rushed eight times for 37 yards and caught five passes for 34 yards against Miami • Tallied 124 all purpose yards against East Carolina, finishing with 68 rushing yards and a season-high six catches for 56 yards • Gained 27 yards on five carries and caught a 17-yard pass at Georgia Tech • Rushed 10 times for 44 yards and caught a pair of passes in the win over Middle Tennessee • Also completed a 23-yard pass to Marquise Williams on a trick play • Carried eight times for 37 yards and caught two passes for 13 yards in the season opener at No. 6 South Carolina.

2012 - Junior Season
Appeared in all 12 games and started four • Had his finest year at Carolina, rushing 82 times for 433 yards and nine touchdowns • Also caught nine passes for 80 yards and a score • Combined with Bernard to score 29 total touchdowns, a school record for single-season TDs by a pair of teammates • Caught his first career touchdown pass on a 12-yard catch-and-run in the second quarter of the Maryland game • Rushed six times for 22 yards and touchdown in the win at Virginia • Had his third two-touchdown game of the season against Georgia Tech, scoring on rushes of one yard and five yards • Gained 32 yards on four carries, including a long of 23 yards, in the win over NC State • Scored twice on the ground in the win over Virginia Tech, rushing eight times for 57 yards • Had a rushing touchdown that was part of a school-record 66-point output against Idaho • Rushed 13 times for 54 yards against the Vandals • Rushed seven times for 43 yards and caught two passes for 11 yards in the loss at Louisville • Got his first career start at Wake Forest and rushed 19 times for a career-high 106 yards and a touchdown • Had his first career two-touchdown game in the season opener against Elon • Carried the ball nine times for 39 yards and a pair of scores.

2011 - Sophomore Season
Finished the season with 33 carries for 138 yards and a touchdown • Also caught two passes for 11 yards and attempted three passes • Had a pair of 17-yard kickoff returns against NC State and Virginia Tech • Had one carry in the Independence Bowl vs. Missouri • Stepped in for the injured Giovani Bernard at Virginia Tech, finishing with nine carries for 32 yards • Scored his first career touchdown against Wake Forest, a 5-yard rush in the fourth quarter • Finished with 18 yards on four carries as well as a 15-yard reception at East Carolina • Rushed nine times for a career-best 40 yards against Virginia • Carried the ball five times for 35 yards in the season opener against James Madison • Redshirted in 2010.

2009 - Freshman Season
True freshman saw action under center in first six career games and lined up at tailback against Georgia Southern • Tore the ACL, MCL and PCL in his left knee against Georgia Southern and missed the remainder of the season • Rushed for 33 yards on 18 carries • Rushed for 15 yards, including a long run of 11 yards, on seven carries against Georgia Southern • Ran twice for a yard versus Virginia • Had one carry at Georgia Tech • Ran twice for two yards and completed a 24-yard pass versus East Carolina • Rushed twice for two yards at Connecticut • Carried the ball four times for 14 yards with a long run of 11 yards against The Citadel.

Ranked the No. 19 prep school player in the country • Member of PrepStar's High School All-Atlantic Region Team • Played running back and quarterback in 2008 at Hargrave Military Academy where he helped lead the team to a 10-1 mark • In 2007, led North Gaston to the 3-A state championship game before falling to Western Alamance • Had 271 all-purpose yards in the championship game, including 192 rushing and 79 passing • Was a dual-threat quarterback during his final two years in high school, amassing 5,077 career yards passing and 4,623 yards rushing • Ran for 2,265 yards and 25 TDs as a senior, while throwing for 1,603 and 17 scores • Ranked the No. 20 player in North Carolina by SuperPrep • Considered the No. 27 player in North Carolina by Rivals.com • Coached by Bruce Clark at North Gaston and Robert Prunty at Hargrave.
