Senior Day Game Moved To 11:30 a.m.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The North Carolina field hockey program will celebrate Senior Day on Sunday, hosting Radford at Francis E. Henry Stadium at 11:30 a.m. The game originally was scheduled for 1 p.m. but has been moved up due to other events on campus.

 

Prior to the game, the Tar Heels will honor eight players appearing in their final regular season game for Carolina. They are Katie Ardrey, Jaclyn Gaudioso Radvany, Emily Kole, Kelsey Kolojejchick, Meghan Lyons, Katie Plyler, Caitlin Powers and Caitlin Van Sickle.

 

Top-ranked UNC is 16-1 on the season heading into Friday's game at Old Dominion. That contest will tip off at 5 p.m. and fans can follow the action here and here.

 

After Sunday's game, Carolina looks ahead to the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament, which the Tar Heels will host at Henry Stadium. Games are scheduled for 1 and 3:30 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday, with the conference title game set for Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. For more information on the tournament, click here.
