Four North Carolina football players paid a visit to a local elementary school Friday to send students into the summer months with some extra motivation. With the last day of school just around the corner, sophomore Alan Pelc, senior Garrett Reynolds, senior Chase Rice and junior Kennedy Tinsley spoke to five classes of students - three first-grade classes and two third-grade - at RN Harris Elementary School in Durham. The Tar Heels talked to youngsters about continuing to read, work hard and get plenty of exercise over the summer. They also answered questions ranging from "How tall are you?" to "What's it like to play college football?"

Throughout the year, Carolina football players are active in the community, making frequent visits to schools and UNC Children's Hospital as well as participating in other service projects.
