Marcus Holman Wins MLL Offensive POW Award

BOSTON- Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, announced Week 13's Warrior Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week and the Cascade Rookie of the Week today.  For the second time this season, 2013 University of North Carolina alumnus Marcus Holman was named the MLL Offensive Player of the Week.
 
This week, Holman was given the nod for his outstanding six-goal performance, playing a huge role in the Ohio Machine's defeat of the Rochester Rattlers.

Holman was named the Warrior Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season following a top-notch performance in an important team victory. In his best game of the season, Holman totaled eight points (six goals, two assists) and picked up three ground balls. Holman now sits tied for first among the MLL's 2014 scoring leaders with 33 goals and can be credited in helping put Ohio in position to grab a playoff spot.
