CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina has signed a scholarship agreement with running back Ty'son Williams of Sumter, South Carolina. Williams will enroll in January, 2015, upon completion of his high school degree. Williams attends Crestwood High School. He is ranked the No. 23 running back in the country and the No. 3 player in South Carolina by 247sports.com. Last season, he rushed for 1,608 yards and 16 touchdowns on 181 carries.
