Tar Heel Men's Tennis Returns To Action Saturday

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina men's tennis team returns to action Saturday as the Tar Heels host a doubleheader at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.

Coach Sam Paul's Tar Heels are 9-1 on the season and ranked 23rd by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.  They will host Navy at 10 a.m. Saturday and The Citadel at 5 p.m.

Carolina has not seen action in 13 days since sweeping TCU and North Carolina Central in a doubleader on February 9.

Navy enters the match with a 4-3 record while The Citadel is 2-8.

UNC's lineup features three nationally-ranked singles players.  Freshman Brayden Schnur is 15th, freshman Ronnie Schneider is 21st and sophomore Brett Clark is 39th.  Schneider and fellow freshman Jack Murray are ranked 53rd as a doubles team.
