Lucas: Rapid Reactions
Release: 12/31/2013

1. Well, let's see, we could get some insightful analysis of Carolina's 84-51 win over UNC Wilmington. Or we could just watch videos of dunks.

Right, let's get to the dunks:

The last of which led to this:

2. The new strategy of allowing the crowd to sing the national anthem, which started on Military Appreciation Day, is a good one. It's a nice, unique way to start the game. Also, there has never been a time that frisbee dogs--Tuesday's halftime show--are not awesome.

3. Carolina did a much better job on the offensive glass in the second half, limiting the Seahawks to just five offensive rebounds after giving up 11 in the first half.

4. Sneakily, J.P. Tokoto is turning into a player who contributes even when he doesn't score. He had eight rebounds against UNCW, including four offensive, and it was his defensive denial on the sideline that eventually led to his ridiculous one-handed slam.
