Crystal Dunn of the University of North Carolina women's soccer team was named Friday to the 2013 Best XI by Top Drawer Soccer. She is a repeat selection on the equivalent of the first-team All-America squad named by the magazine.
Dunn was named to the team a year ago as a defender and made the team this year as a midfielder. Earlier this month she was named a first-team All-America for the third time in her career by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
A senior from Rockville Centre, N.Y., Dunn was Carolina's leading scorer this year with 34 points. She missed several games due to National Team commitments and late-season injury problems which kept her out of several ACC and NCAA Tournament matches.
