CHAPEL HILL - North Carolina's Hayley Carter and Jamie Loeb won the doubles draw on Monday at the ITA Carolina Regionals at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.

Carter and Loeb took the title by downing teammates Laura Slater and Kate Vialle by the score of 8-2 on Monday afternoon.

Carter then took on top-seeded Beatrice Capra of Duke in the Main Draw Singles final. She won the first set 6-4, before dropping the final two sets by identical 6-4 scores.

The other doubles semifinals also featured a Carolina vs. Carolina head-to-head matchup. Slater and Vialle outlasted Ashley Dai and Tessa Lyons, 8-6, to reach the doubles finale.

Carolina will next compete at the National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships Nov. 7-10 in Flushing, N.Y., and the Kitty Harrison Invitational in Chapel Hill on Nov. 8-10.
