The UNC volleyball team is well underway with spring practice as the Tar Heels prepare for their first spring tournament on March 23.

Junior Kayla Berringer, sophomore Chaney LaReau and freshman Leigh Andrew recently sat down with GoHeels TV to discuss spring training, their upcoming tournaments and what they're looking forward to about the 2013 season. 

Head Coach Joe Sagula recently announced the team's spring slate, which features four tournaments including one at home.

The Tar Heels will also hold their annual spring banquest on Sunday, April 21, the weekend of their home tournament. The banquet will be held at noon in the Pope Box at Kenan Stadium.

Carolina Tournament
April 20- UNC, NC State, Charlotte and William & Mary
