Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Kenan Stadium. Individuals violating this policy will be issued the appropriate citation and escorted out of the stadium.

ATM Machines
ATM machines are located in Kenan Stadium behind Sections 114 and 117 on the west end concourse as well as near Gate 6 on the South Side and near Gate 2 on the North Side.

Homemade banners and signs are not allowed inside Kenan Stadium without prior approval. The Carolina Athletic Association (a university-sanctioned student-run organization) is primarily responsible for producing all signs and banners seen inside Kenan Stadium.

Behavior Policy
The University of North Carolina wants its fans to be known for their support, enthusiasm and sportsmanship. We want to create a home-field advantage, but we want to do so in a respectful manner that makes us all proud to be Tar Heels.

In order to insure that everyone has a pleasant experience, it is up to each patron to act responsibly and to be considerate of those around them. Patrons should notify a member of the game management staff if someone is not complying with this policy, as we cannot help you if we do not know the behavior is taking place. Stadium operations will give offending patrons a warning, with repeated behavior resulting in ejection or arrest. Continued violations over a period of time may result in the loss of ticket privileges.

Event staff reserves the right to deem an act or behavior to be inappropriate based on available information and to take whatever action necessary.

Camera Policy
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted at Kenan Stadium; however, video cameras may only used during pre-game and halftime.

Disability Seating
Seating for patrons with disabilities is available on game day by asking for the game supervisory as you enter Kenan Stadium.

First Aid
South Orange Rescue Squad provides first aid at Gates 2 (North Side) and Gate 6 (South Side) at Kenan Stadium.

Food and Beverages
Patrons are not allowed to bring any food or beverages with them into Kenan Stadium. You will be asked to finish the items before entering, throw them out, or return them to your car. However, bottled water (sealed and unopened) is permitted.

Lost and Found
During an event you may check with game management staff at Gate 2 or 6 to see if an item of yours was found and turned in. After an event, all unclaimed items are turned over to Campus Police, and you may contact them at 919-962-8100.

Lost Children
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest resolution to the situation.

If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police officer event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return the child to that location.

Prohibited Items
On September 21, 2009 the Department of Homeland Security/Office of Intelligence and Analysis and the FBI released a joint Homeland Security Note to raise security awareness regarding terrorist interest in targeting sport and entertainment venues. The admission policy at Kenan Stadium prohibits "backpacks or large bags", and has since 2001.

Backpack: A container designed to hold a bulky/heavy load and be worn on the back. Typically characterized by wide shoulder straps, multiple zippers & pockets, and most often constructed of a sturdy material such as thick nylon, canvas, or leather. (Simple draw string bags with thin shoulder straps, and purses designed to be worn on the back do not meet the criteria of a backpack.)

Large bag: A large container such as a duffle or gym type bag designed to carry a bulky/heavy load. Considered to be in the luggage family of containers and not the purse family. Most often constructed of a sturdy material such as thick nylon, canvas, or leather. (Shopping bags or large purses do not meet the criteria of a large bag.)

UNC Athletics and the Department of Public Safety thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
