2015 - Senior Season
Has appeared in all 13 games as a backup tailback as well as a receiver in certain offensive sets • Enters the bowl game with nine carries for 51 yards and a touchdown as well as eight catches for 43 yards • Rushed three times for 13 yards in the Senior Day win over Miami • Has caught a pass in five of the last eight games • Caught two passes for five yards in the win over Delaware • Picked up his first touchdown of the year, a 7-yard run, in the Illinois win • Rushed twice for 20 yards in the season opener against South Carolina.
2014 - Junior Season
Junior speedster appeared in 12 games at tailback, starting six • Rushed 65 times for 278 yards and four touchdowns • Also caught 21 passes for 178 yards and returned nine kickoffs for 186 yards to post 642 all-purpose yards • Had three receptions for 21 yards and one kickoff return for 18 yards vs. Rutgers in the Quick Lane Bowl • Finished with career highs of 17 carries and 96 yards in the win at Duke • Gained 80 yards on 14 touches - 41 rushing yards and 39 receiving yards on five catches - in the win over Georgia Tech • Caught three passes for a season-high 59 yards at Notre Dame • Rushed nine times for 46 yards and two touchdowns at East Carolina • Also caught two passes for 29 yards against the Pirates • Had 20 rushing yards and a touchdown in the season opener against Liberty.
2013 - Sophomore Season
Appeared in 12 games with five starts and rushed for 296 yards and five touchdowns • Averaged 4.9 yards per carry • Also caught 12 passes for 63 yards • Scored twice in the win over Cincinnati in the Belk Bowl, a 2-yard run in the first quarter to give UNC a 7-0 lead and a 1-yard run in the third quarter • Finished the bowl game with 10 carries for 16 yards • Rushed for 12 yards against Old Dominion • Gained 48 yards on just four carries in the win over Virginia • Had two carries for 10 yards in the win at NC State • Rushed for 33 yads and caught four passes for 29 yards in the win over Boston College • Missed the East Carolina game due to injury and was limited against Virginia Tech and Miami • Started for a third consecutive game and gained 54 yards on 11 carries and a touchdown at Georgia Tech • Rushed 10 times for 46 yards and scored his first two touchdowns of the season in the win over Middle Tennessee • Scored from 26 yards in the first quarter and had a 1-yard plunge in the second to go with a pair of receptions • Made his first career start and rushed 15 times for 69 yards and caught two passes for 18 yards in the season opener at No. 6 South Carolina.
2012 - Redshirt Freshman Season
Appeared in all 12 games and rushed 69 times for 386 yards and two touchdowns • Also caught 12 passes for 204 yards and two scores, returned 17 kickoffs for 399 yards and returned two punts for 11 yards • Blocked a pair of kicks on special teams • Rushed twice for 10 yards in the win at Virginia • Gained 43 yards on four carries and scored a 30-yard touchdown against Georgia Tech • Also returned six kickoffs for 153 yards to total 196 all-purpose yards on the day • Rushed three times for 12 yards and caught a 7-yard pass in the win over NC State • Gained 77 yards on 10 carries in the win at Miami • Finished with 74 yards on 12 carries and a 7-yard reception against Idaho • Also returned a kickoff for 33 yards and blocked a punt against the Vandals to top 100 all-purpose yards with 121 for the game • Rushed four times for 19 yards and caught two passes for 12 yards in the win over East Carolina • Amassed 202 all-purpose yards, caught a pair of touchdown passes and blocked a punt in the loss at Louisville • Scored on a 44-yard wheel route and a 50-yard screen pass to go with four carries for 23 yards • His blocked punt in the fourth quarter led to a Carolina touchdown on the next offensive play • First Tar Heel running back with over 100 yards receiving since Anthony Elzy in 2010 (178 vs. NC State) • Earned ACC Receiver of the Week honors for his performance at Louisville • Carried 14 times for 70 yards and his first career touchdown at Wake Forest • Finished with 10 carries for 49 yards and a 30-yard reception in his collegiate debut against Elon • Redshirted in 2011.
