CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Tar Heel student-athletes celebrated Valentine's Day Thursday by spreading love all over town.
- Members of the wrestling team handed out roses and cupcakes during activity time at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation.
- Members of the men's and women's swimming and diving teams made Valentine's cards and delivered them to the residents of Charles House Eldercare Center.
- More than 100 Tar Heels signed a giant card, which Allen Champagne (football) and Zoe Skinner (women's lacrosse) delivered to Ronald McDonald House. The gymnastics team also made a card for the Ronald McDonald House guests.
- Members of the women's lacrosse team made Valentine's cards with patients at UNC Children's Hospital.
