BASEBALL:  The ACC announced its 2013 TV schedule ... Carolina scrimmaged on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ... UP NEXT:  The 2013 season opens with a three-game series against Seton Hall in Boshamer starting on Friday afternoon.

MEN'S BASKETBALL: Carolina dominated Wake Forest to start the week on Tuesday ... Here's Adam Lucas' column on Steve & Denzel Robinson from the game ... FOOTBALL: Signing Day was a success for Larry Fedora and the Tar Heels ... Here's Lee Pace's take on Signing Day in his Extra Points column ... Fedora welcomed new defensive line coach Keith Gilmore ... Turner Walston reports that Gilmore hit the ground running in Chapel Hill.

WOMEN'S GOLF: The Tar Heels began play in Florida at the UCF Challenge by sitting in second place after Sunday's first-day action ... UP NEXT:  The UCF Challenge continues on Monday and Tuesday.

MEN'S LACROSSE: Carolina opened the 2013 season with a 16-8 win over Air Force on Friday ... UP NEXT:  Carolina will face Massachusetts on Saturday in Atlanta.

WOMEN'S LACROSSE: Third-ranked Florida beat Carolina, 5-3, on Saturday afternoon to start the 2013 season ... Megan Walsh of previewed the season, as did GoHeels TV ... UP NEXT:  The Tar Heels will host Towson on Friday at 4 p.m. and Richmond on Sunday at 1 p.m.

SOFTBALL:  The team opened 2013 in Baton Rouge, La., dropping two games on Friday ... Carolina bounced back with a pair of wins on Saturday ... On Sunday, the Tar Heels beat No. 10 LSU, 3-1 to finish the weekend with a 3-2 record ... UP NEXT:  Carolina will host Radford in a doubleheader on Wednesday that will be UNC's 2013 home opener.

MEN'S TENNIS: Carolina dominated Navy and James Madison on Saturday ... UP NEXT:  The Tar Heels take a break until another doubleheader on Sunday Feb. 24.

WOMEN'S TENNIS: Carolina advanced to the finals of the ITA National Indoors over the weekend in Charlottesville, Va. ... The Tar Heels will go for the title on Monday morning ... On Friday, UNC beat Texas A&M ... On Saturday, Carolina beat fourth-ranked USC ... In Sunday's semifinals, Carolina faced Duke and thumped the Blue Devils, 4-0 ... UP NEXT:  Carolina will play UCLA in Monday's final at 11 a.m., then host Florida next Monday in Chapel Hill.

TRACK & FIELD: The distance events performed particularly well as the Tar Heels were in action in Lincoln, Neb. ... UP NEXT:  The Kent Taylor Invitational starts Saturday in Chapel Hill.

WRESTLING: Carolina dominated VMI 28-9 to improve to 6-6 on the season ... UP NEXT:  The Tar Heels will visit Duke on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
