INDIANAPOLIS -- Addie Bracy has made the Team USA Senior Women's squad as announced by USA Track & Field after her top-10 finish at the USA Track & Field National Club Cross Country Championships in Lexington, Ky., in December. Bracy will compete with the team at the 2013 Great Edinburgh International Cross Country competition in Scotland on Saturday.

Bracy also competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials in 2012, after reaching an Olympic A Standard in the outdoor 10,000.

She was a member of the 2007 cross country national championship qualifying teams, which placed 27th. Her 3,000 Steeplechase collegiate best time of 10:19.21 ranks fourth all-time in the UNC record books.

Bracy graduated from UNC in 2009 after an accomplished career on the trails and the track, including All-Region honors in her senior cross country season. She acted as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2010-11 and 2011-12 track and cross country seasons. Bracy's help with the 2010 women's cross country team led to a national championship berth. That team placed 14th at the NCAA National Championship after their second-place finish at the NCAA Regional.
